Announcements The next meetings of the Board of Directors will take place on the following dates: DECEMBER 13th, 2017, JANUARY 10, 2018, FEBRUARY 7, 2018 and MARCH 14, 2018. ALL MEETINGS ARE HELD AT WALTER C YOUNG MIDDLE/COMMUNITY SCHOOL IN BLDG #11, the Mini Gym. A map of the school may be found on this website under the "Documents" section. Parking is in the faculty parking lot on the West side of the community school on NW 129th Ave or in the main parking lot. Please come at 7:15 if you have a modification request. The regular meeting starts at 7:30pm. Robert's Rules of Order are followed at all meetings.Resident's are given a 5 minutes time limit to speak on one agenda item. The Miramar Police are also present and are authorized to remove any individual that acts in a threatening or inappropriate manner. PLEASE CALL MARY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT THE BOARD TO REVIEW OR DISCUSS. 954-394-7274.

NEW PAINT COLORS

Announcements Please be advised that the Board of Directors has chosen 10 new paint colors for the Trilogy Community. All prior paint colors have been retired, meaning the current paint colors on Trilogy's color chart cannot be used any longer to repaint a home, only for touch-up painting. This includes the original paint colors chosen by the builder, Westbrooke and the 6 current paint colors on the color chart.

Any resident who wishes to repaint their home must utilize one of the new colors adopted at the August 10, 2011 meeting and they must obtain approval in writing prior to repainting. Owners will not be permitted to repaint their home in the same color as their neighbor. All trim, fascia, soffit, doors, windows, round trim rings, and decorative shutters must be painted white only in a flat or satin finish. The stucco finish on your home may be exterior flat or satin finish only.

Modification forms to repaint your home may be obtained on the community website at Trilogyhoa.com under the documents section.

Residents who do not follow this approval process prior to repainting their home and apply an incorrect color to their home will have to repaint their home in a correct color. Failure to do so will result in a fine by the association. Fines may be issued at $100.00 per day up to $1,000.00 maximum as permitted by Florida Statutes.

The new colors are available at Sherwin Williams, with locations at 11820 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, 9965 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines, and 911 NW 209th Ave, Ste #118, in Pembroke Pines.

TREE TRIMMING

News ATTENTION ALL TRILOGY RESIDENTS: IT IS TIME TO TRIM YOUR OAK TREES INTHE SWALE AREA OF YOUR PROPERTY !!Trilogy has used "All County Tree Trimming" a LICENSED tree trimmer, in the past for common area tree trimming. The company has advised us that they are now performing tree trimming for residential customers. If you need your oak trees in the swale trimmed their number is 954-791-3535. They are licensed and insured. If you cannot reach them over the phone you can also call the management office at 954-394-7274.
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO HAVE YOUR OAK TREES TRIMMED NOW, BEFORE ANY STORMS APPROACH US. RESIDENTS WHO DO NOT TRIM THEIR OAK TREES WILL RECEIVE A VIOLATION LETTER WHICH CAN LEAD TO A FINE OF $100.00
